As you clearly saw last Friday the 17th of September 2021, when it came to an adjudicator’s decision, they could easily look through you like an eagle through a crystal clear mountain loch, well up in the north of Scotland.
All your ill-thought and vicious accusations and your fake claims did not and are not and will not work on people, who are using their brains, know and follow the law. These people are exposed to con artists like yourself on a daily basis for many, many years and you do not stand a chance against them.
The Situation:
I offer you the unique opportunity to pay £200 every month until you finish off your debts.
As you are aware, on or about 27th July 2020 you entered into a 6 month Assured Shorthold
Tenancy Agreement to rent an accommodation at a rate of £900 per month, payable on the 27th of each month. The fixed period of the Tenancy ended on 27th January 2021, but the Tenancy continued on the same terms.
Despite numerous requests for you to make payment of the outstanding rent, you remain in rent arrears. You moved out on the 2nd of July 2021, however you were in
7 month rent arrears totalling £6,300.00 as no payment has been received from you for December 2020, January 2021, February 2021, March 2021, April, May 2021, June 2021
There is also a payment of £1074 to be paid, which I spent on the solicitors, because you were not willing to find a way forward with me, your landlord at the time, with what you should have done. The government website clearly stated that the tenant must communicate with the landlord and find a solution to pay at least some money towards the rent. You did talk to me once or twice, but you were not willing to expose your financial situation or bring a letter from your manager/agent, that your hours had been cut and you refused any offer to pay any amount of rent between December 2020 and the 2nd July 2021. I asked you to pay at least some amount of money and instead of paying you accused me of harassment. Therefore I needed to take legal action and you will be footing this bill too.
This is a subtotal of £7374
This amount does not include
· The 1 door and 1 window lock which you broke.
· The brand new mattress on which you discharged your body on several occasions. It became unusable and utterly disgusting because you didn’t use a mattress protector. The mattress was given to you brand new.
· I had to call for decorators to do the whole room, because you had been smoking in your room even when health and safety stickers were displayed on the property by a qualified fire alarm engineer that this is a non-smoking property. All on record on video plus witnesses because I called the couple from the ground floor (both non-smokers) after you moved out to ask them for their opinion. When 4 non-smokers, the couple, the property manager and me walked into the room it was pretty clear and obvious what the situation was.
The Recommendation:
Be smart and start chewing down your £7374 worth of debt starting with £200 on the 27th of September, payable each month until you are done. If you do that you have my word in writing that you will not be pursued and you will not have any criminal record neither will we be giving bad references. That includes me and my property manager.
If you don’t start doing this by or on the 27th of September I will be hiring professional debt collectors who will come to your new address and take everything away from you which has any value. That includes laptop, phone, bike, clothing, TV, everything you own which has any type of value. If this doesn’t match the amount you owe me I will be taking you to court and I will expose you beyond your wildest dreams. Con artists do not go well informed of a judge. Furthermore, I will be hiring a private investigator to find all your previous landlords in this country and in the Netherlands and I will be having a chat with all of them on record. If you pulled the same trick on any of them or you own them as much as a penny, you will be going to prison for conning people. People who are conned are supporting each other! Imagine when your new landlord or flatmate or neighbours will be exposed to your story. Not going to be pretty, let me tell you this. Furthermore you will not be able to ignore those debt collectors. They will come and they will return and they will come with the police if you start getting unpleasant as you did with me.
If you do not want those certified debt collectors (Michelin Type Sized Man) turning up on your doorstep and collecting your belongings then come to your senses and fix the problem you have single-handedly created!
Now since you are out of my house and out of my life and I do thank the almighty God on a daily basis for this, you cannot harm me financially or disrespect my property and distress the property manager to a point where she had to give up her dealings with you because she was pregnant at the time and she feared for the health of her baby.
Neither can you lie nor threaten any tenants like you did to the couple on the ground floor just because they had reported to me that your toilet cistern is leaking for weeks and it started bothering them one floor down and you did not have the decency of reporting it to me which cost me 100 of pounds extra on the water bill.
TIME is now not of an essence anymore and I am going to make it my absolute mission and priority to bring you in front of a judge, whatever it costs me financially.
Now if you do not want to be labelled in front of a court as a criminal and you do not want to go through all this trouble, of a criminal record, an unrecoverable credit score, and public humiliation, then I highly RECOMMEND you to pay the money you owe me and I will let this go. Not because you deserve it, but in my book everyone deserves a second chance, if the crime is not including murder or rape and they have not consented of it!
Otherwise you will be presented with an incredible amount of trouble starting as soon as the 1st of October, from which you will never, ever recover from! There’s absolutely no way that a creature like you can get away with something you pulled on me from December 2020 onwards all the way to July 2021.
The good news and a fair offer:
Since I’m the greatest landlord in the history of landlords, I give you the opportunity to make this all go away, very easily without paying a penny towards the rent arrears. All you need to do is proving to me with:
· A copy of ALL your bank accounts (including PayPal if you have one) from December 2020 until July 2nd 2021
· A letter on headed paper with a real signature from your managers/agencies, that your hours have been cut and that you hardly earned any money showing how much you had been paid.
· A letter from your GP/Doctor etc. which clearly states that you are having a medical condition (which you seem to claim on absolutely any occasion, regardless if it is relevant or not, I suppose, to make people feel for you) which prevented you in any way shape or form, from working (working from home included) between the December 2020 and July 2021
· A printed letter or a forwarded email for refused financial help, which you had asked the government/council/universal credit/bank loan to pay your rent and they refused to give you help or any loan!
· A list of online jobs you had applied for and they all refused and the reason they refused.
If you expose all your bank accounts to me and I have a letter from your manager and the doctor and the government/council bank etc, that you hardly been paid any money and your medical condition is so severe that you could not have done any work including online work from home (Online marketing / Fivver.com / Call centres / Teaching English on Zoom/What’s app etc) and I can see your incomes and outgoings from your bank accounts and if it is fair and the fact that you had been struggling and you didn’t have a penny left over by the end of the month to offer me at least something towards the rent I will let you go without any payment whatsoever except the £1074 which I had to pay to the solicitors!
If you genuinely had trouble paying your rent and you generally suffered financially during covid-19 and you tried your upmost best to earn or borrow money and you had been refused, it would be very acceptable to take a loss of several thousands of pounds.
However, I have reason to believe that you have been working throughout or/and during the pandemic. Tenants living in the house at the time confirmed that you were leaving the house mostly at night and returning in the morning, several days of the week. As soon as your bank accounts will be exposed on court order we will see how much you struggled financially during cvid-19.
You will be digging yourself so deep into trouble that you will regret the moment when you stepped through my door till the end of time. Whatever evidence your ill-informed brain thinks you might have against me, will never change any of the facts that you did not pay rent for 7 month while using my house including all the services like gas, electricity, internet, water etc using Covid19 as an excuse.
To get this case going takes days rather than weeks and since you now are not my tenant but just a person owing me a subtotal of £7374, I do not need to worry about following any eviction order and there is zero protection for you out there under any housing or landlord tenant act. This case is now very simple. You owe an individual a subtotal of £7374 for services which you have used but never paid for.
You had been asked on several occasions in writing and verbally to try to find a solution with the landlord and pay some sort of money but right now your time is up.
The End of the line
Be sensible, pay £200 each month until you have chewed off all your debt and then you can go and enjoy your life. You know damn well that this wasn’t, isn’t and won’t be your money. This is stolen/conned money, which you need to return to me, you ex Landlord! This is the fact and this is the truth. And no one ever can change a fact and the truth. One can deny it, but then it becomes a lie and judges do not sympathise with liers! There is no way you can talk,” prove” or swindle yourself out of this.
After you lose you are going to have a criminal record for life as the mediator told you with whom you ignored too and it will affect your credit score and on the top off all this I will make it my mission that every landlord in this country and around the world will hear my story and knows your name because this will become a study!!
I also got in touch with an ex tenant of mine who is now a lawyer in ’s-Hertogenbosch and she said if you were to move back to your chosen country, she will be on your case from day one. As a nice landlord I have an arsenal of awesome ex-tenant, now in leading positions all around the world who studied in London while living in my house. So I will be on your case wherever you might decide to go until you pay back the full amount you owe me.
There is no escape or hiding place nor is there sympathy for con artists like you anywhere in the world. You will pay me the money back you owe either way! Either voluntarily or by court order and this is not a promise but a guarantee.
The decision is completely yours as it always was.
I’ve been a landlord for 15 years and I never had been conned, so for me this is a fantastic opportunity to take this case all the way, exactly where it needs to go, to expose your name everywhere around the world. £200 is a reasonable amount of a monthly payment. If you cannot pay it and you can prove that you cannot pay it right now, then I am happy to extend the starting time of the payment but I need evidence that you are struggling enormously financially.

PS: I will be sending this email for two different email accounts so you cannot claim like you did in the past that you did not receive it. If there is no payment by the 27th of September I will instruct an investigation company to find your new address. I will be sending you this via post too! Plus of course the debt collector will be in touch shortly followed by the court! You are not my tenant anymore, just a regular person owing me a shed loads of money! Obviously you will be paying for the investigator company and the court case too just after you lose. I have plenty of time and I am in a Great Spirit, mood and position to make you pay for everything plus interest! Your time is up – welcome to the real world!
PPS: I hope you remember the words I told you when you refused to let the fire alarm engineer into my house because it didn’t suit you. And you jeopardised the security of my house the health and safety of other tenants and yourself by not letting the engineer to check your smoke detector, insisting that you only want this done when you are at home
Also when I had requested you to give access to the surveyor in your room where I asked you nicely, because the building next to my house could have damaged my house. You just refused entry even though you were at home, hoping that I will enter the room without your permission. Well I did not enter and I took the hit, but no the rain is good and the sun dried all my tears and you will be paying for all this it.
